I’m so glad you said this about hand writing morning pages. I can’t do it. Hand writing things slows me down enough that I start thinking about my next word and then lose my stream of consciousness.
I’ve considered dictation and just word vomiting the cobwebs in my brain, but something about that feels yuck to me too.
Depending on the day and my mood, the blank screen works for me, or hand writing notes and ideas works for me. I don’t know what the variables are that lead to either decision. 😅
